Tuningi Safari lodge
I have been posting and blogging all about the animals in Madikwe so I thought it good to introduce to you the lodge where myself and Monique are based. It is a 16 bed 5 star safari lodge in The Madikwe game reserve. We are child friendly as well. Tuningi’s name comes from the big fig tree in our boma Ficus Tuningii. We have been working there the last three and a half years. Tuningi also forms part of the Madikwe collection.
You can either drive from Johannesburg or fly directly into the park. The drive is about four and a half hours and the flight more or less an hour. Madikwe forms part of the North-west parks board. Go and check out the website http://www.tuningi.co.za
